The bail application for the suspect in the Orange Farm murders has been adjourned until next week.
Pontso Mohlanka (29) came before the court in the Vereeniging Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
She is accused of being involved in the murder of three children in the area South of Johannesburg.
Mpho Makondo (8) and Simphiwe Mncina (6) were discovered dead on 19 September after reports came in of their disappearance a day earlier.
Mohlanka has also been involved in the death of Mzwandile Zitho (7), whose body was discovered in her fridge.
The community said Mohlanka must be seriously dealt with.
The community members threatened to put her house up in flames on Monday.
The grandmothers of two of the murdered children said they are still in anguish, following the discovery of the bodies.
